It all started when founder Chris Short was designing a pool for Young Han in the Austin area. As Young's family eagerly anticipated their new backyard oasis, he began searching for a reliable pool cleaning company. What he found was disappointing — a lack of high-quality service providers who truly cared about customer communication and excellence.
Young's natural entrepreneurial spirit kicked in, and he proposed creating a pool service company focused on exceptional quality and customer communication. Chris initially brushed off the idea, but fate had other plans. One night, Chris woke up from a dead sleep with the sudden realization: it was the perfect idea.
After many meetings, an unlikely but powerful partnership was born — a 'Good Ol Boy' from Texas and one of the sharpest business minds from Silicon Valley. Together, we've created something special: a pool service company that combines Texas hospitality with innovative business practices.
